Check your shipping and delivery status, find answers to common questions and resolve any issues with the ordering process.

  • Invoice and shipping documents

    A copy of the invoice is included in the shipping box. The packing slip is located on the top of the box. If you cannot find one of these documents, please let us know by sending us an email.
  • Shipping and delivery

    You choose the shipping method (next business day, 3-5 business says, etc.) at the time that you place your order. We partner with industry leading carriers such as Purolator and UPS for each shipping option. A confirmation of the shipment is sent to you by email. Orders are shipped within 7 days.
  • Problem with an order

    At the moment of the delivery, please make sure that the box is not damaged and the product is in good condition before signing for the delivery.   • Order change and returns
