  • Invoice and order confirmation

    Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam box. A copy of the invoice is attached to this email.
  • Order processing

    All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Shipping and delivery

    We partner with industry-leading carriers such as Canpar, FedEx, Purolator and UPS for our shipments. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking number. You should receive your order at your delivery address within 24-48 business hours. Shipping costs are $ 5 to Canada.

    We offer a flat advantageous shipping rate of $ 5 for all orders across Canada.
    For the United-States, the flat rate is $30.
    For international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
  • Order change and returns

    Returns are accepted within 30 days (from the date the package was received at your address), provided the product has not been used and is sealed. You must obtain a return authorization number by contacting customer service via our contact form, by email (biooriginexperience@gmail.com) or by phone 1-833-840-0011.

  • Payment and tax

    All applicable taxes will be added for Canadian Orders. We use the PayPal payment platform for our online orders. You can still pay with your credit card via PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
