Return & shipping policy
BIOEXPERIENCE wants you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. We understand that you may change your mind and want to return or exchange some purchases. Please see the procedures below to process your returns.
We will gladly accept any new product that is returned within 30 days from the purchase date. A 5% restocking fee will apply. Product must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including oils, lotions and creams.
In the case of defective or damaged products, we will gladly exchange them for the same product if reported within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to return a product
Contact BIOEXPERIENCE Customer Service at (438) 379-3652 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number. Please have your packing slip or invoice available. No refunds will be issued without a return authorization.
